Phenomenological interaction between current quarks

چکیده
We construct a phenomenological model which describes the dynamical chiral symmetry breaking (DCSB) of QCD vacuum and reproduces meson spectra. Quark condensates, the pion decay constant, and meson spectra are well reproduced by phenomenological interaction which consists of a linear confining potential, a Coulombic potential, and the ’t Hooft determinant interaction. In this model, the ’t Hooft determinant interaction plays a important role not to only η, η mass difference, but other meson masses through DCSB. e-mail address: [email protected] e-mail address: [email protected]

Radiative Transitions and the Quarkonium Magnetic Moment
I discuss heavy quarkonium radiative transitions and the related issue of the quarkonium magnetic moment inside effective field theories. Differences in set up and conclusions with respect to typical phenomenological approaches are outlined. Heavy quarkonium radiative transitions have been studied for long time in the framework of phenomenological models 1–14 (for a recent review see 15). In a ...
متن کاملTwo-Pion Exchange Interaction Between Constituent Quarks
The two–pion exchange interaction between constituent quarks is shown to enhance the effect of the the isospin dependent spin–spin component of the one–pion exchange interaction, and to cancel out its tensor component. It therefore provides a partial explanation for the phenomenological observation that the hyperfine interaction between constituent quarks is well described by a flavor dependent...
متن کاملNon-Commutative Geometry, Spin and Quarks
In this paper we use considerations of non-commutative geometry to deduce a model for QCD interactions. The model also explains within the same theoretical framework hitherto purely phenomenological characteristics of the quarks like their fractional charge, mass, handedness and confinement.
متن کاملInstanton Contribution to the Sivers Function
We study the Sivers function for valence u and d quarks in the proton within the instanton model for QCD vacuum, adopting the MIT bag model wave functions for quarks. Within approaches based on perturbative one-gluon final state interactions a non-zero value of the Sivers function is related to the presence of both S and P wave components in quark wave functions. We show that the instanton-indu...
متن کاملEffects of final state interaction in B^+_c to D^0 K^+ decay
In this paper, the decay of Bc+ meson, which consists of two b and c heavy quarks, into the Do and K+ mesons was studied. Given that the experimental branching ratio for this decay was within the range of 3.75*10-5 to 11.16*10-5; it was decided to calculate the theoretical branching ratio by applying the final state interaction (FSI) through the T and cross-section channels. In this process, b...
